With 35 years of experience in business management, Gil has cultivated a diverse skill set that spans operations management, people management, recruitment, revenue management, budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and asset/property upkeep. His journey began at the age of 20 when he launched his first business—a convenient store located in a luxury hotel in Brussels, Belgium.

In 2000, He moved to the United States and immediately transitioned into the hospitality industry, starting as a front desk associate. Over the years, he worked his way up through various managerial roles, ultimately becoming a general manager for different hotel brands. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, building and managing high-performing teams, maximizing revenue, controlling expenditures, creating budgets, and analyzing key performance indicators.

After retiring from the hospitality industry, He ventured into the Private Security Industry, where he has been able to leverage his extensive experience to make a meaningful impact
